Orders are placed by our webstore or by email for trading account holders

Where is your stock located?

We are an Australian company and our stock is held in Australia

How long will it take for my stock to ship?

Bowerbird Tech will ship your stocked item ASAP

What if I have to return something?

Contact us using our contact form or send us an email at info@bowerbirdtech.com and we will take you through the process of returning goods. Please note that we do not accept “change of mind” returns, but only for faulty or defective items.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

This will depend on where you are and which courier is going to deliver your order

Do you notify me when my order has shipped?

Yes we will send you an email once your order has shipped.

If I make an enquiry on your contact page or info@bowerbirdtech.com, how long will it take for me to receive a reply?

We will reply within 24-48 hours, Public Holidays excepted.

Do you keep stock?

Yes. All products have a stock indicator and that is updated in real time. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of the lead time within 24-48 hours of receiving your enquiry

What freight companies do you use to send my goods?

For small items we use Australia Post, larger items are shipped via Star Track Express.
